Based out of Denver, CO, Clay Street Unit is rooted deep in homegrown southern country and folk that branches into the bluegrass sound that’s heard throughout the Appalachian hills. Forming in early 2021, the band recently released their first EP in the fall of 2022 and just recorded their first full length album set to be released this year.
Clay Street Unit is working on developing and pushing their own unique sound, with a high energy, fresh take on the tradition of American folk and country music that is sure to keep you moving.
Into The Fog is Psychedelic Jamgrass from Appalachia. Winners of the 2021 MerleFest Band Competition, Into The Fog is a genre-jumping string band based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. With its members having various backgrounds ranging from bluegrass, country, rock, to funk, Into The Fog creates a musical melting pot of sounds in an acoustic/newgrass setting. The band is made up of Brian Stephenson(Acoustic guitar, Vocals), Winston Mitchell(Mandolin, Vocals), Derek Lane(Bass, Vocals) and Connor Kozlosky (Electric guitar, Vocals).
Asheville Music Hall is located in the heart of downtown Asheville. The music hall opened in 2011 at the location of the former Stella Blue. Asheville Music Hall is the premier mid-sized venue in Asheville which offers quality production for artists, events, and fans. With a 360 capacity Asheville Music Hall has hosted musical legends such as Ghostface Killah, Del tha Funkee Homosapien, and Disclosure as well as up and coming artists such as Papadosio, Everyone Orchestra, and Dopapod. We’re an all-genres venue that provides an intimate, live music experience for all music fans.
