Derek McCoy is a superb guitarist hailing from Shelby NC, currently sharing the stage with Shaun Ritchie and John Taylor. These three met while attending the Atlanta Institute of Music back in the early 2000’s. Years later they crossed paths and began to play together again – creating a new vibe in jazz fusion that is sure to amaze. Influenced by artists like Jeff Beck, Miles Davis and The Allman Brothers, this trio stretches the boundaries of modern southern flavored fusion.
