Originally conceived as a way for Chris Bullock to collaborate with different musicians while on the road, these performances now thrive on spontaneous improvisation, driven by the mood of the moment. “Boomtown,” a nickname given to Chris by his Snarky Puppy bandmates, represents a creative outlet for him to explore and blend his wide-ranging musical influences while connecting with fellow performers.
