TenMileRide is bringing their adventurous, long-form jams to the One Stop at Asheville Music Hall! The band performs set-length improvisation that weaves in and out of themes from the Dead’s repertoire.
After performing before the annual “Meetup at the Movies,” at the Nickelodeon Theater in Columbia, TenMileRide has become a staple of Dead-flavored improv with appearances at the Grateful Dog festival in Florence and as the house band for Five Points Jerry Fest in 2023 and 2024.
Their debut 2024 album “Let the Words Be Yours” intertwines expansive excursions and memorable motifs from songs like “Dark Star,” “China Cat Sunflower,” and “Franklin’s Tower” among others.
