DJ Boomtown & Friends brings together Snarky Puppy members Chris Bullock and Justin Stanton alongside drummer Chaisaray Schenck for a night of left-of-center sounds, deep grooves, and musical exploration.
Drawing from an eclectic mix of hip-hop, beat music, funk, soul, jazz, electronic music, Brazilian grooves, and sounds from around the world, DJ Boomtown connects music across genres and generations with a musician’s ear and a deep love of unexpected discoveries.
For this special performance at The One Stop, Bullock’s DJ selections will meet Stanton’s synthesizers and Schenck’s live drums, creating a spontaneous, groove-driven experience that blurs the lines between DJ set and live performance.
Bullock and Stanton are longtime members of the five-time Grammy Award-winning collective Snarky Puppy, bringing their shared musical chemistry into a more intimate, experimental setting.
