Part live improv experiment and part DJ, Durty Dub delivers “turnt-up” American dance party
grooves with Afro-Caribbean influences. Combining haunting ballads and old-school, distorted
guitar abandon, the band delivers a diverse repertoire that includes Katy Perry, John Lennon,
Snoop, WAR, Nirvana, along with some original tunes. This band can go in myriad directions –
sometimes at once, and often with a sardonic sense of humor. One may not know just what to
expect when they hit the stage, but one thing’s for sure: it’s always party time when Durty Dub is
on the guita
