Jimmy Herring, Pgroove) on drums, Isaac Hadden on guitar, Bill Stevens on piano, Ola Timothy will be on bass holding down the vibes that Kevin Scott (Col Bruce, Gov’t Mule) did in the studio. Bailey Horsely, an Asheville local will be on harmonica and banjo as well!
Asheville Music Hall is a fantastic room! It also is night 4 of 4 on this BBB run! Better you listen to Brock Butler Band (available on all the streaming services) than to describe. Singer-songwriter sensibility, stretches of improvisation, and many guests are on as well! Yarn’s Blake Christiana and Rick Bugel are involved on a couple tracks. Delvon Lamarr on organ and Rhodes. Joe Marcinek on guitar. Casey Cranford (Big Something) put some sax on the closing track. Becca Stevens vocals pretty much make “Smile Again” like… like a really real song! I expect that just like the studio, there will be a rotating cast of players and the songs will be solid launch pads for whoever I was fortune enough to lock in for the show!”
