Jesse Valcich is an American musician, songwriter, and improviser born in Orlando, FL and now rooted in Asheville, NC. He’s known both for his intimate solo work and for his role as guitarist and singer in the touring band Strictly Liquid. Whether it’s through his stripped down acoustic arrangements or loud and rowdy electric compositions, Jesse’s music orbits the existential tug of the human condition with his eclectic music style and poetic lyricism. Drawing inspiration from revolutionary bands like the Beatles, Phish, Ween, and the Allman Brothers Band, his contemporary americana sound blends elements of blues, jazz, rock-n-roll, and experimental noise all in service to the emotional experiences each song aims to capture.
Jesse’s soon-to-be-released folk album “I See You Now in Everything,” recorded in the back of his Ford E250 conversion van, will be available to stream in the spring of 2025 across all platforms along with past solo releases, “Weird Year” and “Surrender Into Grace.” His band Strictly Liquid released it’s first single this year in anticipation of their debut studio album.
